SYNOPSIS

ratfor90 <infile >outfile -sep -SOURCE=source

      [-sep]  perform saw functionality,includes from and to 
      (history,aux,either,par)

       [-DSOURCE=sourcefile] source file, enables 
       automatic writing of self-doc routine

 Convert ratfor code to strict fortran90. Also allows sep conventions
 and loptran conventions.
