SYNOPSIS

      first velocity

      velocity sampling

      number of velocities

      [ntin/5] number of samples in output

      [ntin/ntout*2] smoothing window

      [1.8] muting parameter

      keys which contain offset information

      axes which describe the offset and/or
      the axes which to perform velocity on

      [0] wheter or not to be verbose

 Performs Velocity Analysis on sep3d datasets

 off_keys and off_axes, are somewhat optional
 If none of these are suplied checks keys and then axes for
 offset, offset_x, and offset_y.
